Position Summary:

The adidas Golf Territory Sales Support Supervisor will be responsible for driving the overall performance of a team of ten Sales Support Associates (SSAs) and will report directly to the Carlsbad Sales Manager. Works in partnership with the Manager to maximize all sales and service opportunities in U.S. territory business. Drives performance from the SSAs in their assigned sales regions and works closely with the Territory Sales Associate team to ensure partnership and efficiency in supporting the needs of the US commercial business. This position requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere with heavy emphasis on driving proactive sales and service activity. It also requires the ability to utilize resources cross-departmentally to ensure the needs of his/her teams are met.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

· Drive accountability of the SSAs to effectively support over \$100M in business from the US commercial market. Defines baseline performance metrics and creates an environment of constant improvement through coaching, training, and development.
· Work closely with the Carlsbad Sales Manager to ensure the territory business needs of the OSRs and TSAs are being met. Supports an environment of proactive selling and entrepreneurial thinking.
· Requires periodic review of the OSR order books to ensure that orders and fill rates are being maximized.
· Constantly monitor team performance to identify training opportunities and coordinate sessions as needed.
· Work closely with Cresting Coordinator, Color Coordinators, and Digitizers to ensure all crested orders are scheduled appropriately and fulfilled according to customer requirements.
· Work closely with the Carlsbad Sales Manager and TSAs to focus on creating and maintaining a strong, mutually beneficial working relationship with TaylorMade-adidas Golf Staff Professionals.
· Perform as needed all other necessary functions accurately and in a timely fashion.

Education, Training, Professional Certification and Work Experience:

· Experience to include a minimum of 3 years in a Sales and/or Service environment at TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company.
· Proven success in a sales and/or service leadership role, preferably with TaylorMade-adidas Golf.
· Proficient with TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company’s operating systems (COMFIL, Cricket, Embtrak, etc.).
· Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

· Strong work ethic.
· Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone.
· Ability to work well within an extremely high-paced, competitive, team environment.
· Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to coordinate the efforts of a diverse team.
· Ability to comprehend and communicate technical product specifications across a wide audience.
· Effective listening skills; able to ask the right question to identify and address customer and team member needs.
· Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and sales skills, particularly via the phone.
· Golf industry knowledge required.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

· Normal office conditions; work is primarily deskbound.
· Able to work overtime and/or extended hours as required.
· Continual use of phone and computer.
· Potential for travel into the sales field, sales meetings and trade shows.
