Purpose and Overall Relevance to the Organisation

· 'Winning in Key Cities' is one of the three 2020 global Strategic Brand Plan pillars and 'Winning in London' is a key part of this strategy.
· Winning in London' means winning via both Brand and Business KPI's and the ability to successfully and regularly measure and report on these KPI's is crucial
· The key purpose and responsibilities of this role will be to provide regular, up to date and relevant information on both London Brand and Business KPI’s with supporting analysis and insight to enable adidas to Win in London

Key Responsibilities:

· To be the ‘go to person’ for London & UK brand and business measures reporting, providing regular and consistent insight and recommended action enabling adidas to Win in London
· Be a knowledge expert on London Brand & Business measures/KPI’s informing internal & external colleagues and contacts with your unique insights and experiences
· Produce regular consistent & insight UK & London brand and business reports in support of:
· Monthly London Meetings
· Quarterly Brand Plan reviews
· Bi-Annual Marketing meetings
· Strategic Brand Planning process
· Ad-hoc local, WE & global requests

· To produce reports, analysis, insight and business and brand recommendations specifically against:
· Sales/Commercial data
· Including internal (sell-in and net sales) and external (sell out & NPD) sales
· Branded space performance
· Brand metrics
· Including internal (adidas NPS) and external (H&P NPS) brand data, reach, engagement and sales conversion
· Producing consolidated monthly brand and business KPI reports, including analysis and insight on:
· Key categories
· Key retailers
· Key shopping destinations
· Key functions
· Key competitors
· Through your analysis and insight, identify, suggest, create and implement ways in which to further enhance/optimise the adidas Brand and Business KPI scores in London
· Produce regular monthly and quarterly bespoke reports for internal reporting (intranet, key local, WE & global stakeholders)
· Produce rolling UK & London Brand & Business KPI trackers

Secondary Responsibilities:

· To connect and share UK & London best practice and learnings’ with adidas colleagues, including North/WE/Global adidas business

Key Relationships:

· Key City UK & Ireland Commercial, Business Development & Omni-Channel & RSM Teams, WE Direct to Consumer and European Key Account Wholesale Teams, WE Concept to Consumer Category Teams to align on Business KPI reporting, analysis, insight and recommendations
· UK Brand Communications, UK/WE/global SPOMA, LDN Newsroom & Global Trend Marketing (LDN), UK Commercial Team to align on Brand KPI reporting, analysis, insight and recommendations
· Sales/Marketing data/research agencies where required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

· Strong MS Office skills across all applications, particularly excel to advanced knowledge level
· Strong analytical and numerical skills
· Strong communication skills: written, oral and presentation
· Strong business and commercial acumen
· Strong organisational and project management skills
· Ability to build strong relationships around the businesses, to work and align with several key stakeholders and gain support for analysis, insights and recommendations
· Marketing interest and knowledge and conceptual understanding of brand building
· Passion for the adidas Group brands
· English Fluent

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· Ideally University degree in marketing and sales or equivalent professional experience
· Minimum of A level and at least 2 years relevant experience in a Commercial/Sales, Customer Service, logistics/purchasing/planning or merchandising environment
· English Fluent
