Purpose :

Focusing on the Canadian division of Amazon, Amazon.ca, the Account Operations Administrator will address all aspects of the adidas and Reebok Canada brands online execution on the Amazon.ca site. This person will ensure that accurate, detailed and comprehensive information is collected, formatted and uploaded to the site as well as ensuring images and samples are supplied as required. This person will work in a cross-functional environment with the product, marketing, customer service representatives, our US account team and the account to deliver an industry leading UXP for Canadian consumers shopping on Amazon.ca. This will be achieved with a primary focus on uploading and maintaining the online product range, monitoring inventory levels, marketing programs, promotions/launches, creative content and digital assets on the site.

Secondary tasks for this candidate include, assisting in identifying and resolving technical bugs and/or errors on the site as well as preparing reports and statistics pertaining to on site performance and KPI’s. Monitoring and answering/resolving consumer queries from the site in a timely manner. Manage account Vendor Central portal and NIS form completion with assistance from content Coordinator. Collect, collate and format sales data to create regular sell through reporting. Assist Content Coordinator with collection and upload of images, content and copy to site.

Key Accountabilities :

· Collect, collate and format sales data to create regular sales reporting.
· Manage daily traffic in consumer queries from the site and resolve in a timely manner.
· Collect, format and upload product and marketing data and assets to the account site.
· Maintain all product and visual information for styles offered on the site, this will include procuring digital assets associated with the product offer. This is completed primarily through online applications.
· Modify and/or create where necessary product descriptions and copy to ensure it is optimized for search.
· Daily monitoring of site and our brand presentation.
· Inventory management for the online product offering in conjunction with KAC and Account Ops.
· Secure images, marketing and content and samples to forward to account as required.
· Foster an effective working relationship with all internal departments.
· Data entry tasks
· Other duties, as required.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

· A high degree of computer competence; in particular the ability to work in numerous applications at one time and correlate information from one application to the next including a basic understanding of
· different file formats.
· The candidate must be self-directed and able to work in a highly flexible and informally structured environment. Exemplary multi-tasking and time management skills are a necessity.
· An excellent command of the English language, both oral and written, and the ability to effectively communicate and positively influence both internal and external stakeholders.
· Sound working knowledge of the following software:

-Microsoft Excel

-Microsoft Word

-Internet explorer

· Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages and present those visually in Excel.
· Digital Marketing (email, Search engine, social networking, etc...) experience is a considerable asset

Optional:

· Flash programming. Adobe Photoshop
· HTML and other web design expertise.

Qualifications :

· College or University degree, BA preferred
· Working knowledge of the apparel and / or sports industry an asset.
· French language skills an asset.
