I am currently recruiting for the role of a Customer Service / Sales coordinator for one of my clients in the Swansea area.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
* Develop strong interpersonal links with external customers
* Actively manage customer allocated - monitoring and tracking quotations/sales patterns and behaviours
* Utilise management information to analyse and identify gaps in sales by customer
* Ownership of Customer information in system, monitoring and updating to ensure smooth supply chain and links to other departments.
* Develop and build strong working relationships with internal departments and outside Commercial teams
* Liaising with all other internal departments to ensure high level of service achieved and customer's expectations met
* Achieve and ensure high levels of system and administration accuracy
* Contribute to development of department by challenging current practices and identifying areas of improvement
* Works closely with all other areas to achieve business targets
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Competent in verbal and written language skills required to manage customer accounts.
