Adecco is looking to recruit a skilled sales associate for our client based in Washington.

The ideal candidates will have exceptional rapport building and customer service skills. You will be expected to quickly understand the customer's requirements in order to offer the best product and services for them.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

*Handling inbound sales calls

*Processing sales orders, web, inbound telephone calls, fax and email

*Dealing with customer queries relating to both orders and products

*Processing and monitoring counter sales

*Processing quotations

*Dealing with invoice queries and prepare credits where necessary

*Identifying any potential sales opportunities/areas for growth & forwarding to relevant Internal Account Manager / Field Sales

Skills / Competencies:

*Excellent communication skills

*Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

*Excellent attention to detail due to role involving data processing

*Ability to work on own initiative

*Ability to work as part of a team

*Ability to prioritise workload

*Willingness to learn new skills and continually develop self

Qualifications / Experience Required:

*Good educational background including Maths & English
*Previous experience in a busy sales office environment
