Adecco are proud to be working with a company in Ashford who are seeking a Telesales Operative, your role would be to make outbound calls and arrange appointments for the Account Managers and gain new customers; you would also need to handle inbound calls from customers wishing to make appointments and deal with general enquiries when required.

YOUR PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Multi-skilled in the use of a variety of systems, e.g. Excel, Outlook, etc.
* To achieve sales and productivity targets as appropriate.
* To strive to achieve excellent customer service on all calls, ensuring that any information given to customer is accurate.
* Manage, update and maintain prospective client information with in our CRM system to a high standard
* To attend exhibitions to gain new customers, and participate in sales events as appropriate.

YOUR MAIN ACTIVITES
This team you would be joining is a key contributor to customer relationship building. A variety of strategic activity is undertaken, outbound sales, customer management and development campaigns. You will be making outbound calls and updating these systems with accurate and detailed records following all discussions with customers.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEEDED
* Excellent verbal communication and multi-tasking skills.
* High Level of self-motivation.
* Knowledge of company products and procedures.
* Ability to use a wide variety of PC based systems.
* Ability to work as part of the Sales Team but also on own initiative when required.
* Ability to listen and question effectively.
* To demonstrate good customer care.
* To be able to work efficiently within timescales set to business needs.
* To ensure all calls are carried out to the highest levels of quality, professionalism and enthusiasm.

You will need to work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 17:00 with 1 hour for lunch and this role has a salary range from 16,500 - 18,500 depending on experience.
