Duties to include:

* Identify and generate a flow of candidates clients
* Pre-screen candidates over the phone to a high standard and assist throughout compliance process.
* Ensure the candidate journey is smooth and enjoyable
* Work to KPI's and support Consultants, ensuring we meet the overall budget
