PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
*Create purchase and sales orders in line with customer requirements to support Fuser business.
*Track and expedite shipments from Japan to Holland then on to customers.
*Communicate orders to Venray warehouse to enable receipts and shipments.
*Communicate with customers on order status, respond to request for information.
*Prepare and issue forecast to suppliers within the supply horizon
*Manage and maintain planning attributes
*Resolve invoice referral issues
*Create requisitions for capital purchase and generate purchase orders.
*Keep capital purchase spreadsheet up to date.
*Purchase spare parts utilising min-max planning
*Purchase consumable items using Kanban.
*Generate ideas for process improvements
SPECIAL JOB CONDITIONS

Candidate Profile:
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Essential
*Good PC skills
*Good organisational skills
Desirable
Knowledge of Oracle system
QUALIFICATIONSEssential - Degree in relevant discipline.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
*PC literacy - particularly Windows, MS Word and Excel
*Team oriented
*Well developed communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels, both inside and outside of the organisation
*Action oriented
*Good problem solving skills
*High level of numeracy
