JOB INFORMATION
Salary:£10,000 per annum
Hours:09:00 - 14:00 (25 hours per week)
Days:Mon - Fri
Location:Watford
JOB DESCRIPTION
The main purpose of the role is to oversee the customer order process from the point of the order being placed through to customer delivery. The job is working within a small dedicated team. The job will include:
*Processing of customer orders
*Liaising with the warehouse regarding order status
*Providing customers with updates on order status
*Speaking to courier/haulage suppliers to obtain shipment updates
*All related logistics administration
*Logging and posting back returned items/defect items to the manufacturing site for testing
*Producing reports
Skills Required:
*Good communications skills
*Ability to work to deadlines
*Customer service experience
*Logistics experience is preferred
SAP experience would be beneficial
