Our client is a leading manufacturer of engineered steel products with a long and successful history of serving the construction and associated industries. We are currently recruiting a number of machine operators for their base in Neath. There is potential for further development and promotion within the organisation.

Starting rate of pay �7.50 days and �8.63 on nights, Following a 13 week training period rate of pay will increase to �7.65 per hour on days and �8.80 per hour on nights plus weekly production bonus.

Basic rotating Shift Patterns are 6am to 4pm Monday to Friday on Days and 6pm to 4am Monday to Thursday on nights and Friday 2.30pm-11pm.

Ideally you will have previous experience within manufacturing or engineering industries. Experience of operating production machinery and / or cranes would be an advantage but full training will be provided. Experience within a heavy industry/steel environment a strong advantage.
