Customer Advisory roles available providing assistance to Germany based consumers, the role involves taking telephone calls from customers with queries over products and services or to place orders.

We require candidates who are fluent in German to be able to converse naturally, the ability to speak English at conversational level is also required.

The interview will be in part English and part German. The ability to use Microsoft is required and good attention to detail.
