Customer Support Administrator
Our market leading client in their industry field has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator to join their team. This role is working Monday to Friday, offers a competitive salary �18 - �20k, holidays, pension, life assurance and permanent health insurance after a qualifying period.
Duties:
*Providing a first class customer service
*Meeting the needs of their customer enquiries
*Dealing with any queries or complaints
*Issuing quotations
*Following up enquiries and quotations
*Processing orders accurately

*Ability to work under pressure
*Able to meet deadlines
*Excellent communication skills
*IT Literate
