This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Financial Institutions as a Service Administrator on a temporary basis in Bournemouth

Rate of Pay: �8.52 per hour
Contract Length: 3 months rolling contract - potentially Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (Overtime may be available)
Location: Portman House, Richmond Hill, Bournemouth, BH2 6EP
Potential Start Date: 21st August 2017
Training: 4 weeks - No holidays to be taken during this period.
Potential Interview Availability: 1-3rd August 2017

Overview of the role:

As a Service Administrator, you'll be servicing all aspects of existing mortgage accounts; taking inbound customer calls, outbound servicing calls and internal referral calls and administration of customer mortgage accounts, producing correspondence. Specific duties vary depending upon the team you join
You'll be part of our team's journey to becoming the first choice for Specialist mortgages. As a servicing department, we aim to deliver an excellent customer service experience which in turn will promote repeat business. You'll need to have an eye for detail, a high degree of accuracy and enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment.
