A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for one of Exeter's leading employers in a varied and busy role.
Providing administration support to the HR & Facilities Manager and the Accounts Manager this role will be varied and encompass a wide range of tasks.
Duties will include:
- administering the HR database entering and amending staff details
- producing holiday and sickness reports
- collating new starter packs
- assisting with facilities management tasks such as alarm systems management,
- overseeing the smooth running of office equipment such as printers/faxes, photocopiers etc
- sourcing and ordering merchandise, stationary and office consumables
- raising and issuing sales and purchase invoices
- recording and analysing petty cash
- preparing weekly sales statistic spread sheets
