An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join a well established, leading organisation based centrally in Chesterfield.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Administrator with strong attention to detail and IT Literacy skills.
The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills and will be adept at working in a fast paced working environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with setting up new customer accounts
- Updating the internal system with supplier, customer and product information
- Processing company vehicle administration and paperwork
- Liaising with internal and external sales departments
- Liaising with customers and suppliers as required
- Answering and making calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Recording and forwarding messages accordingly in a clear and concise manner
- Sorting and processing external post
- Assisting in ad-hoc projects as necessary
