Job Title: Accounts Clerk
Salary: �22,000 - �24,000
Location: Hatfield

Adecco Welwyn Garden City are working with an exciting company based in Hatfield. They are currently recruiting for an Accounts Clerk to join their team. They are looking for someone with an outgoing personality and a team player.
The duties include:
* Carryout credit control on the Sales Ledger
* Prepare the staff payroll
* Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
* Update financial transactions onto the database
* Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
* Provide assistance and support to company personnel
* Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas - VAT report, Eligibility Report, Management Accounts
Experience and requirements:
* Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Be self-motivated
* Ability to work on your own initiative and can cope with changing environment
* Ability to prioritise and undertake multiple tasks
* Must be a team player
