Job description
Key tasks
- Responsible for the smooth running of restaurant/bar/banquet area, as well as to ensure smooth and professional service delivered to the guests.
- To serve food and beverage according to menu by following P&P.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge food and beverages and wines.
- Prepare mise en place for operations including restaurant and banquet as required by Restaurant/Bar Manager.
- To ensure all the Restauran/tBar/Banquet equipments are cleaned and ready for the operations.
- To ensure that the menus and other collaterals related to the Restaurant/Bar/Banquet are always presentable.
