Key tasks

We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Night Auditor to join our dynamic and highly dedicated team. The Night Audit Guest Service team member role is for someone who is passionate about providing amazing customer service as well with a great eye for detail. The right candidate for the role must have an outgoing personality with a passion for delivering excellence through service.

As a Night Auditor your duties will include,
* Check in/ Check out the hotel guest
* Overseeing the Welcome operations. Ie. Arrival, departures, guest request and telephone enquiries
* Handle customer complaints
* Running Night Audit clouser procedures
* Carrying out any room service request during night
* Assisting the Welcome Manager with induction, training and development of the nights team
* Being responsible for the safety off all guests and colleagues
* Writes a report on activities and incidents that occur during the
