You must have a passion for excellence, and a can do attitude in order to be considered for this role.
- Follow up on all enquiries pertaining to wedding & social events site inspection/discussion
- Manage guest budgets to maximize revenue and meet guest needs
- Follow up on preparation of detailed agreement and collection of scheduled payments
- Work closely with both Sales and F&B team in order to handle all events inquiries
- Any other duties assigned

Professional experiences 3 to 5 years
Languages essential English (Primary tongue)

Essential and optional requirements

Requirements :
3 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry
Fluent in English and confident speaking skills
Positive working attitude and customer-centric
Great communication and planning skills
Good understanding of the hospitality industry and local hotel trends

To be successful in this sought after role, you will demonstrate the ability to excel within a luxury brand.

You will also bring with you a passion for service, excellent organisational skills as well as communication skills, be results orientated with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.

Previous experience in a five-star environment is desirable, and above all else, pride yourself on ability to build relationships and guest experiences epitomising French elegance, style and sophistication.
