Indentify and pursue new business opportunities (proactive sales)
Convert new / repeat business opportunities to profitable business
Convert enquiries into confirmed salesto develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of the venue

Essential and optional requirements
Requirements :
3 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry
Fluent in English and confident speaking skills
Positive working attitude and customer-centric
Great communication and planning skills
Good understanding of the hospitality industry and local hotel trends
To be successful in this sought after role, you will demonstrate the ability to excel within a luxury brand.
You will also bring with you a passion for service, excellent organisational skills as well as communication skills, be results orientated with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
Previous experience in a five-star environment is desirable, and above all else, pride yourself on ability to build relationships and guest experiences epitomising French elegance, style and sophistication.
