Bar Supervisor

Job description

Key tasks

- To provide a profitable and professional bar and floor service to all internal and external guest
- To ensure all drinks are prepared and served according to standards
- Prepare all guest orders (i.e. cocktails, straight drinks, etc...)
- To ensure stock items behind the bars are always within expiry date
- To ensure accurate stock-takes are carried out accordingly
- To ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout the bar
- Manage beverages control and wastage within budgetary requirement
- Taking charge of daily and monthly beverage inventory

Essential and optional requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Nitec in Hospitality / Tourism.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Proven record of working independently, a self-starter
High customer service focus
Deep understanding of beverages
Strong team playing skills
