Assistant Chief Engineer

Job description

Key tasks

1. Responsible in assisting the Chief Engineer for the general administration of the Engineering Department
2. With knowledge in fire safety, preferably with valid FSM certification
3. Proper maintenance and repair of all buildings, fixtures, fittings, fire protection systems and equipment and handle in-house improvement projects
4. Preventive maintenance
5. Utilities consumption control, upholds the Hotel’s energy conservation programme and contributes related best practices to improve profitability of the Hotel.
6. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in a hotel
7. With good organizational leadership & interpersonal skills
8. With commitment to professional values and integrity
