IT Operations professionals support infrastructure operations and/or manage delivery for IT production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements.

Job Description
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Analyzes and solves problems that are low complexity and may be routine in nature where answers can be readily obtained.
Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has limited direct exposure with non-management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
Receives moderate of level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others.
Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.
Troubleshoot highly technical problems, which may require assessing source code to analyze and resolve problems. This requires advanced troubleshooting skills and must be able to adapt and create non-standard approaches to problem solving. Must be able to create and teach Standard Operating Procedures.

Be organized and able to work with multi-functional teams during customer service disruptions, configuration management, new feature deployment and new product implementations.
Be responsible for, and master multiple subject matter areas of responsibilities. Requires proficiency to the level required to organize and deliver knowledge to other team members through well-organized training sessions.
Identify and document best practices within their subject matter areas of expertise. Provide continuous process improvement suggestions in Subject Matter and Operational areas. Maintain and document Standard Operating Procedures.
Perform code upgrades without supervision. Organize the activities of other participants and provide leadership throughout the process.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:
·  1-2 years experience or education in supporting applications.
·  Application development or support experience or education.
·  1+ years of IT Customer Service/Problem Management Resolution experience is a plus.
·  1+ years of Relational Database query experience or education is a plus.
·  Experience with all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook)
·  Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Bachelors Degree preferably in IT/Engineering or equivalent work experience
Basic competency working in a client server environment
Windows Server Administration experience preferred.
Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent database experience required, specifically the ability to query and research data in a relational database model
Solid multi-tasking and problem resolution abilities
Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, account management and negotiation skills, with the ability to interface with a diverse set of clients
Ability to effectively and efficiently instruct and guide customers onsite, online and via telephone
Ability to manage own time effectively is a requirement for success
Quick learner with desire to learn new tools and techniques
