We work with 4,000 companies and 91 of the Fortune Global 100. As a growing firm we need talented graduates like you to join us.

Software Engineering Graduate Programme

On this programme you'll get to work with some of the most advanced technologies on the market, increasing your specialist skills and helping to transform our clients around the world.

A key team member, you'll be designing, building and supporting the innovative technical solutions we're renowned for. As well as understanding what our clients want to achieve, you'll discover what's possible within their existing framework and explore the best technologies to achieve the most effective results. Working with onshore and offshore teams, you'll work on a variety of challenging projects for a range of clients, across a range of industries.

What you'll learn

Here, it's not just about the languages you know. Of course we'll train you in technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Java/J2EE, C# and BEA WebLogic; give you the chance to get an ICTTech certification and get incredible insights into testing technologies (.NET, IBM Rational Toolset, SAP (ABAP). But more than that, we want you to understand the bigger picture. So you'll get to learn all about IT strategy, data centre technology, security and enterprise architecture. Plus, because of the size and scope of our business, not only will you get to work with big name providers like Microsoft, Oracle and SAP, but also emerging market innovators.

What's in it for you

As well as great career prospects, you can look forward to a rewards package that's second to none, with a competitive starting salary and a generous holiday allowance. Other benefits include a pension scheme, a personal laptop, an AMEX card, private healthcare, subsidised gym membership, season ticket loan and much more besides. For a comprehensive list of all the benefits, visit our website.

Where you'll work

You'll need to be fully mobile as client projects could take you anywhere in the country – or even the world – flexibility is therefore key.
